At FluffCo, we want you to love your home essentials; if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day trial period for all bedding and decor items. Simply initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original FluffCo packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
